Commercial Complex Ventilation Damper Installation Project

This project is located in Dubai, UAE, involving a newly constructed commercial complex with a total floor area of approximately 45,000㎡. The ventilation system required independent airflow control for different functional zones while meeting strict local fire safety regulations for fire compartment separation.

We supplied 85 units of motorized volume control Dampers for precise supply and return air regulation across various zones of the complex, along with 60 units of 70°C normally-closed fire dampers installed at duct penetrations through fire-rated walls to ensure automatic air duct shut-off in case of fire.

All products were custom manufactured according to the client's technical specifications. Each unit underwent air-tightness and actuation testing before shipment. Products were packed in wooden crates and shipped to Dubai via ocean freight. After installation and commissioning, the ventilation system operated steadily and passed the local fire safety inspection.
