Hotel Air Conditioning Fan Coil Unit Installation Project

This project is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving an HVAC system renovation for a four-star hotel with 200 guest rooms. The hotel's original terminal equipment had aged significantly, with increased noise levels and declining cooling performance, requiring a full replacement of Fan Coil Units.

We supplied 210 units of Horizontal Concealed Fan Coil Units for guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. The units operate at noise levels below 32dB and feature copper tube with aluminum fin heat exchangers for high heat transfer efficiency, meeting the sustained cooling demands of the Middle East's high-temperature climate.

All units underwent hydrostatic pressure testing and operational testing before shipment. Each unit was individually packed in wooden crates with bubble wrap protection and shipped to Jeddah Port via ocean freight before being transported to Riyadh. After the renovation was completed, the hotel reopened successfully, with guest room comfort and quiet operation receiving positive feedback from the property owner.
