Electronics Factory Industrial Fan Ventilation Installation Project

This project is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, involving an electronics manufacturing facility with a workshop area of approximately 12,000㎡. Due to the year-round high temperature and humidity in the region, the existing ventilation system failed to meet occupational health standards, resulting in excessive heat buildup on the production floor.

Based on the workshop layout and required air change rates provided by the client, we supplied 16 units of centrifugal fans for the main exhaust system and 12 units of axial fans for supplementary supply air ventilation. All fans were selected according to specified airflow volume and static pressure parameters, with IP55-rated motors to withstand the high-humidity environment.

Equipment was packed on wooden pallets and shipped to Ho Chi Minh City via ocean freight. After installation and commissioning, workshop temperatures were reduced by 6–8°C during peak hours, and ventilation efficiency improved significantly, meeting local occupational health ventilation standards.
